Ability Housing

Ability housing provide housing and support for people with disabilities. As a result, a key factor in their website creation was to allow easy access for those with vision imaprement, whilst also allowing Ability Housing to update their own site.

Working closely to the guidelines laid out by the RNIB, and working with a design consultant at White Design, a site was produced which as well as being visually accessible, was written in HTML (produced by a custom build content management tool) that could be easily read by Page Readers used by the visually impaired. My responsibilities included design consultation, HTML programming, research and project management.
